The light shines in the darkness and the darkness can never extinguish it. – John 1:5

My hope and prayer is to shine the light and love of God’s Word to our dark and divided world.

A Call for Unity and Prayer

I would like to invite the leaders and those with in Bryan County to come to The Waterfront Church on July 14th from 6:30-7:30 to pray for the youth. No matter what side of the political fence or denomination you attend, you are invited to join us for prayer. From suicide, drugs, abuse, and bullying, it breaks my heart what the young people go through. We as a community need to be honest with ourselves and understand that we cannot expect our children to respect each other and their differences, if we as adults cannot respect each other. We are all going to disagree in one way or another. But we can all agree that children are precious and their lives have value. So let’s come together and pray that the God of heaven and earth would bring healing and peace to our young people. That families would be restored and we would see our community grow in a way that is good and healthy. There will be acoustic Worship led by our Worship Leader Megg Murray. And there will be those who have been previously asked to lead us in prayer. I promise you will be blessed by the sweet presence of the Lord and encouraged in your faith.

“And He will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers…”
